Brochure and Advertising Samples

Project: Design a brochure to showcase Power Plus's scheduled training sessions for spring and summer 2006.

To accommodate a detatchable registration form, an 8 1/2 by 14 inch, 3-fold format was chosen. Because the brochure lists training session dates and times, the content will change frequently. For this reason, Power Plus chose to have the brochure designed in MS-Word format so that it can be updated and printed right in their office, as demand requires.

Project: Design a dual-purpose rack card to promote Safety Results Ltd's services and showcase its new book, "The Emperor Has No Hard Hat: Achieving REAL Workplace Safety Results".

The basic colour scheme and fonts were chosen to match Safety Results Ltd's promotional materials and the book design. The main creative challenge in this project was to fit so much information into such a compact space. The rack card was designed in Adobe Illustrator for professional printing.

Project: Design a brochure to complement the company's new website and clearly explain the company's security laminate products and related services.

The classic 8 1/2 by 11 inch format was chosen. Instead of using a "scare-tactic" approach for the brochure's contents, company owners Beth and Rick Simpson wanted it to present a positive, proactive approach to home and business security. Bennaco helped fill the bill with a lighthearted "security" poem for the back of the brochure, next to the company contact information. The resulting brochure is clean, upbeat, and easy to understand.
