Project: editing text for a website designed in-house by Connect Logistics. (Search engine optimization services also included.)

Connect Logistics, located in St. Albert, Alberta, is the sole approved distributor of wines and spirits in Alberta. As such, the company was integrally involved in the process of liquor privatization in Alberta. Part of this project was to assemble existing information into the "Alberta Success Story", a description of the liquor privatization process and its social and business effects within the province. Bennaco also edited text for the rest of the CLS site and provided search engine optimization services (SEO). The website itself was designed in-house by Connect Logistics.

Bennaco is currently working with Connect Logistics on text and SEO services for its new website, the Alberta Liquor Guide. The Guide will give consumers on-line access to a database of all the liquor products available in Alberta. Users will be able to search for the nearest available vendor for any specific product.

Project: editing text for a website featuring original electric aircraft designs. The goal was to keep the text close to Art's way of speaking.

Edmonton has a dedicated community of electric-aircraft flyers. In the winter, they gather once a week to fly indoors. Art, a longtime flyer, decided to make his prototype drawings and construction notes available to flyers not only in Edmonton, but worldwide.

But as Art puts it, "I'm a flyer, not a writer". Bennaco's challenge for this project was to make the design notes simple and clear, without losing Art's own way of speaking.

Project: editing a series of History Records: Health History Record, Home History Record, Horse History Record.

IKS Industries has created a set of easy-to-use information templates for recording important information. The challenge for Bennaco was to make the templates unintimidating and easy to fill out. It was also important to organize and lay out the pages so that retrieving information from them was quick and easy.

Project: Tidy up the presentation on Shirl's top secret client handout: Selling Your Home: Expect the Unexpected

Shirley Oxby is a realtor who's constantly trying to give her clients more value. When Shirl wanted to punch up her client handout "Selling Your Home: Expect the Unexpected", she asked Bennaco to look it over. The focus was on putting some great information into a format that clients could absorb quickly and easily.

We can't show you the result (it IS a top secret handout, after all), but here are Shirl's comments (and we quote):
